Products sold by Protechallergies.store are covered by our Customer Satisfaction Policy. This policy allows you to return merchandise within 15 days of the date of the original invoice, and is subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. A Client who is not satisfied with a product must contact Protech Allergies within 15 days of the date of the original invoice.
2. Return merchandise must not be physically damaged, including damage due to improper handling. We will not accept product that is physically altered or which has undergone modifications not approved by the manufacturer, etc. There are no returns, refunds, or exchanges on special order products. All products are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. All charges, including shipping, handling, and insurance costs are non-refundable.
